BTN CONSULT is a private limited company, independently owned by its management and has taken the on-going activities of their founders in Europe and other countries.We have been active in corporate consultation, M&A, import-export and imported goods distribution. Specifically we have been assisting Vietnamese and international companies who make business in Vietnam to improve their export sale, seek strategic partners and investors.
We work with client to form an investment strategy. Clients may be individuals or businesses—small businesses to larger corporations. Because of the nature of our work, we have developed long-term and reliable working relationships with our clients.

BTN CONSULT is the reliable partner of many national and international partners. We have been providing our services for Japanese, Korean, Dutch, German companies in Apparel, Food, Logistic, Real Estate and Renewable Energy. We can provide guidance that is specifically tailored to the needs and real scope of work of each corporate client we work with. Our knowledge of cultural differences and business mindsets, combined with our expertise in these areas, aid local businesses in catching up to their international partners’ professional working methods and advancing the cooperation’s timeline.
BTN CONSULT has aided numerous local producers to sell their products to global markets. We spare no effort to introduce and persuade foreign customers to buy the products from Vietnam since we are aware of the topography and strength of Vietnam in producing agricultural products. We have been promoting rice, beans, tea, scent candles, cinamon, and anis as exportable goods. In order to add value to the exported goods and satisfy the demands of a highly competitive market, we also assist in training farmers and local producers in the application of international standards in agricultural cultivation, processing, and packaging.
BTN CONSULT also distributes foreign liquors including beer and wine. We originally distribute German wine and beer throughout Vietnam after importing it. We choose appropriate but distinctive wines and beers to satisfy the local market, but we may also showcase western wine and beer culture through our offerings. Later, as we have more deversified requests from client we were able to supply wine and New Year’s gift sets to a large number of businesses and people who valued the high quality and authenticity of our imported items.
